Fresh mangos are in season from May to September which makes it the ultimate summer staple. now i'll use fresh mangos for this smoothie however its easy to find frozen mangos cubes at the grocery stores all year long. i am fan of seasonal eating i'll use fresh mangos for this smoothie. keep in mind, if we use fresh mangos then we using a frozen banana in the recipe to keep the smoothie creamy, thick and cold.

this mango smoothie is super creamy, thicky and delicious.to make this smoothie, simply added all ingredients into the blender and pulse its reach your desire consistency.
Make a consistency thicker or thinner:
For make a thicker smoothie we added more ice cub or frozen fruits and for thinner smoothie we added more milk.

INGREDEINTS:
- 2 Fresh Mangos or (2cup of frozen mango)
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 cup Milk.
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1tsp Honey
- Chia seeds (optional)
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender
- process until smooth
- adding more milk thin out the smoothie as necessary.
- serve immediately.
note:
if we use fresh mango then use frozen banana and if we use unfrozen banana then use frozen mango to keep this smoothie thick or creamy.
