Most of us just don't have  the time in the morning to make a heavy healthy breakfast ,which is i love to make smoothie, i try to drink a healthy smoothie everyday, either for breakfast or lunch.

this banana oats smoothie is my favorite and so easy to make. this banana oats smoothie is thick and creamy with such a delicious texture that different from your typical smoothies because it make with frozen banana creamy yogurt and ground flaxseeds which adds a delicious ,nutty flavour to the smoothie as well.

Banana:

Lets talk about banana. banana contains many nutrients and good for digestive health. you can use frozen banana   and make this smoothie more creamier. 

 How to frozen Bananas:

  • Remove the from to bananas.
  • cut your bananas into pieces .
  • lay them out ,not touching, on a cookie sheet.
  • place them into freezer for 24 hours.
  • once frozen as separate  pieces, banana can b stored in a bag in the freezer.

Yogurt:

if i talk about yogurt, i am absolutely  in love with almond milk yogurt, because it great dairy free and vegan option and super rich and creamy. it is the perfect addition to the smoothie. i have also been known to add a spoonful of peanut butter and vanila extract and honey for good flavoure.

 INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/3 cup of rolled Oats.
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (almond milk yogurt)
  • 1 Banana.
  • 1/2 cup almond milk.
  • 1tbsp flaxseeds.
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon.
  • 1tbsp Honey

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to your blender and puree until smooth.
pour into two glasses serve and enjoy.
