  • 1 frozen banana.
  • big handful fresh baby spinach, about 2 cups.
  • 10 leaves of fresh mint.
  • 2tbsp almond butter.
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks.
  • 3/4 cup almond milk.
  • 2 ice cubes.

Instructions:


  1. In a large blender, combine the banana, mango chunks, spinach, mint leaves, almond butter, ice cubes and almond milk.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. add more almond milk for desired consistency.
  4. pour into  glasses and serve.
