Ingredients:

  • 1 red beet, medium cut into chunks.
  • 1 apple any variety, cut into chunks
  • 2 carrots, end trimmed, cut into small chunks
  • 1 orange juice
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions:

  • start by preparing the ingredients. wash a small beetroot well and discard 0.5 mm of top and the bottom tip using a sharp knife. peel the beetroot using a vegetable peeler and cut it into 1-inch cubes.
  • cut the carrots and apple with same method.
