ingredients:
sandwich bread
chicken filling
butter
to cook the chicken:
- chicken - 200gms
- salt
- pepper
- garlic 2 (pound)
to make chicken filling:
- olive oil 2tsp
- garlic 1tsp chopped
- onion 1/2 cup
- capsicum 1/4 cup chopped
- shredded chicken
- salt 1/4tsp
- pepper
- chicken stock
- salt1/4 cup
- Carrots 1/4cup (finally chopped)
- mayonnaise _2tsp
- red chili sauce-1tsp
Instructions:
- pressure cook the chicken with water, garlic. cloves, crushed pepper. salt and italian seasoning for 4 whistle on medium flame.
- let the chicken come to room temperature, shred the chicken and keep it aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add all vegetables and saute them.
- add the shredded chicken pieces, salt and pepper chicken stock.
- cook for 5 mints, till the water is evaporated.
- after 5 mints turn off the stove and let the chicken mixture cool down.
- for making the chicken filling take mayonnaise in a bowl, add red chili sauce and mix well.
- now mix the chicken mixture and coriander leaves into the mayonnaise mixture.
- take a bread slice, spread chicken mixture on to the bread.
- cover it with another slice of bread.
- heat a grilled pan with some butter on the top and grill it till the sandwich is perfectly charred on both the sides
- serve it hot with some ketchup and chips.
